Whereas, the Philadelphia Museum of Art has abrogated its

responsibilities to ART and HUMANITY in its callous disregard for an artist’s intentions, specifically Marcel Duchamp’s intentions for With Hidden Noise;

Whereas, continued disregard of this kind will only hasten the growing rift between civility and barbarism;

Whereas, such disregard must be stopped, by any and all means possible;

And whereas, I seem to be the only person who recognizes the gravity of

the situation;

Therefore, Be It Resolved, on this Ninth Day of June, that I shall

henceforth do everything in my power to remedy this potentially disastrous state of affairs.
